Why innovate?

The alcohol-free market grows, but the experience lags. Most products follow the same logic: remove alcohol and recover what is lost. That creates familiar compromises.

The market is growing. The experience is still underbuilt.

Why the academy?

This is a formulation and sensory science challenge. A university partner brings rigour, research capability, and the chance to develop genuinely defensible knowledge.

If the problem is scientific, the solution should be too.
